RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY STANDARD RETURN & EXCHANGE


In order to return a merchandise, please email (support@leisuredavecycling.com) for a return authorization number (RA). *Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • A full refund or exchange for the product will be given if the product is unused and in new original condition.

  • If the product is used, return, exchange or refund will not be allowed.

  • 30 days standard return and exchange start from your invoice purchased date.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT


If you've received a product you believe to be defective, please email us immediately and describe the problem in detail. In most cases a perceived defective product can be handle by our support team to help resolve the issue.

If a product is defective, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace. We will do our best to liaison the replacement/repair, however no guarantee of outcome can be given after consulting with the manufacture.

*Customers located outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting the defective product back and receiving the replacement (
Hawaii and Alaska).

 

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT


If you've received a product you believe was damaged in transit, email us immediately so we can guide you through the process. Take photos of the damages and provide them to our Support Team

 

REFUNDS AND CREDITS


After receipt of return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to review. Once determined, if a refund is requested, the refund will be returned via the original payment method. Allow 3-5 days for the refund to post. If a credit is requested, it will be provided in the form of credit in a letter on email.
